Trouble with exploring caves

I've tried to start a new cave exploration three times now & every time I check it, it's like I never started it. I was making the hearty feast in the kitchen & it too starts over like I've not touched it at all! What's going on???? I'm going to try for the 4th time! I hope it works!

Sounds like a sync issue. Make sure you're on a stable Internet connection. Also visit a neighbour or post and delete on your wall before exiting to make sure it's sync'd
