My friend lost around 80golds recently. And the TL support agent answer me about he purchased "exchange for cash 80" can anyone tell me, what is that means? What the "cash " means? the coins?

It means that gold was used to buy coins.

The support agent just said "exchange for cash 80" and the date and the time. It seems like just purchased once. And my friend didn't know how his gold went missing. We thought the gold just disappear for no reason. And now, the support agent give us an answers that we can't understand.:(
