Edit neighbors

I have a lazy neighbor I would like to delete off of my neighbor list. However, I cannot get him off no matter how many times I've clicked "Edit" and then "Remove"!! It shows "processing" but then he's still there!! He is at the very top of my list, I have been able to delete several other neighbors below him, but NOT him!! His name is Stormie's Park and I tried to write on his wall to ask him to delete me...but I cannot do that either!! Is this a bug, or is this guy a bot or something!? :confused:
