I am on level 22 and have purchased all the available plots as of level 18. There are at least three rewards left in the game in other plots (the stone arch and stairs, the tall well looking thing, and the golden glass and cherub thing). But every time I level up I try to expand and I get the message that I have expanded as much as is safe at this time. I have met all my goals and have purchased every building available. I'm getting kinda bored just waiting to see if it will ever let me expand. Has anyone else been able to expand to those reward plots? Thanks!
