As soon as the evolution of my night dragon started ,my evolution temple vanished!!!

Cool. Close you game down and then reopen it. It may appear again. If not, delete and reinstall your game.

Okay I wanted to make a joke here but I'm too tired. K is right, try restarting your game. If that doesn't work, just wait for the dragon to finish and see if it comes back.

These suggestions should work :) I had my deep dragon at epic for 3 days and I'd never seen it. It was in the habitat when you clicked on it but he was invisible. Soon as I uninstalled/ reinstalled there he was in all his creepy glory :) he reminds of the alien in predator, luv it!
