new gift icon when visiting neighbors

Mind you I am on a Kindle and when I am visiting neighbors next to the wall icon is a gift icon. I know it is new but has anyone else seen this too?

Its not new. If you haven't given your three gifts out, you will see this icon. Basically it is allowing you to pick this neighbor, who's island you are visiting, and give gold to them. Most time, I think, you don't see this because many of us give gold off the gold receiving list on news that pops up when we enter the game. By the time we actually visit neighbors, the gifts are all gone.
