Inventory is full!?

I went to the love shack to craft some serenade walls but it won't let me, claiming my inventory is full! Can we only make a certain amount of these? If so, WHY!? I've only got 10 or so of them. Does anyone know what's up with this? Any info is appreciated! Thanks!
