I followed the directions on moving to a new device and now my restaurant & bakery are gone. This is so frustrating! Any suggestions other than emailing support, which I already did? Since it takes days to get responses from teamlava I will have lost a ton of money and food. I have deleted and tried reinstalling on both devices.

Which transfer method did you use? If the UDID method for IOS devices, try the storm 8 transfer (http://forums.teamlava.com/showthread.php?39878-Transferring-Teamlava-games-to-a-new-device)

If you already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will need to wait on support.
