Play TL games on PC Laptop?!?!?

Does anyone know if it is possible to play TL games (Dragon Story and Castle Story especially) on a PC laptop? I really want to play on here but every time I try to download it tells me my device isn't compatible with Google Play...whatever that means. I appreciate any advice you all can offer :-))

I wish it was possible. I tried to play on my laptop and got the same response. I scrolled the list of compatible devices for Google Play which is Android based, I believe. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.

I play on my Android tablet, but can't on a laptop.
