I contacted team lava for two weeks straight, asking for assistance with device transfer. Completed all the necessary steps they ask me too.
Kept old device even after my provider threatened too charge me $600 for not returning defective device. Still no help from team lava, finally returned old device and still waiting on help.
I spent countless hours and energy getting my bakery to it's level. It's totally unfair that it's out there somewhere in team lava space!!!
Please please help......old device is gone, but still have all of my bakery details storm id, levels, gems, etc.

Also i was told that i could only transfer one game. I chose bakery story and opted to lose restaurant story.
So so unfair!!!

When you transfer, one game, all TL games on the old device will also transfer to the new device.
Reply back to your email from support that has your ticket number and let them know that your transfer did not take place.
