Q1. Is there any way to get it without spending a shipload of gems?

Q2. What parts are needed to build it?

Q3. How many squares does it cover?

I'd also like to know what purpose it serves. Can we go on quests like the Castle or does it just earn coins or does it produce items we can use? Thanks

Me too. I'm not going to build the manor - I've got the jewels but it's a huge amount to spend if it doesn't do anything. Also, wouldn't it be great if the 'recipe' for each building was included in the market entry. I know some building requirements are listed on the forum but I don't always have time to check through that.

Right now, gems is the only way to buy the Royal Manor. In the future, there might be other ways, but TL isn't making any promises. The Royal Manor is a 4x4 square building that generates coin.
