So I've got it- or at least I've got a large building site! Be warned it takes a lot of space and a LOT of building. 4 architect's paste, 8 enchanted beams, 6 enchanted blocks and 70 furs (which I -actually have!). Guess what I'll be doing for the next few days?! ; ))

I strongly advise not to buy it until you have all parts. It's a huge ugly mess otherwise.

I just built mine--I'd been saving up enchanted parts and making architect's paste since I suspected the new buildings would need them. Although I'll need to untrap my pet skunkpine if I ever want to upgrade my amphitheater due to lack of furs.

We only know what's required by kindly folk posting here prior to us making the purchase ourselves. We can make some educated guesses though - minimum it was going to be royal or enchanted blocks and beams as the new buildings are kind of introductions to keep the higher level players happy, consequently the more complicated building materials. Low level players are happy enough at early stages to make hatcheries and cottages with simply crafted materials.

Builder's paste is the rate limiting step for the architect's paste as it takes 25 wood and you're spending a lot of wood for wooden beams and fancy beams already. The architect's paste is pretty convenient to craft overall as it's the only real thing that takes living wood and you can simply craft two overnight since it take 8 hours.
