Reduction in mermaid scales drop rate?

So the last two times I have collected from my 12 ponds, I have gotten 1 mermaid scale each. Are other people getting similar drop rates? My weren't so slow til recently.

I have 6 ponds and 1 well. I usually get 2-3 per round of collection. Very rarely, I will get 2 mermaid scales from a single pond or well.

I have had them for a while. I used to have a scale drop rate like yours, just recently dropped to almost nothing.

I've noticed it too. Just collected from 4 ponds and 1 well. Got zero.
I have the shard.

I have all shards,have noticed the drop rate decrease also,I'm using 7 forms of water-lucky if I get 3 scales.

Third test (collected 2 times from the well this time, so 6 tries): got 1 scale.

I am lucky I colleted from 2 well and 5 ponds I got 2-5 MS each time. Is increase when you got Tabernum Research Aquifers goal. This past 3 day I got 60 MS colleted from well and ponds.

I have the shard. I'm afraid to think what would be if I have not. :)
Maybe the different players have different rates. It's normal for TL.

MHZ_ has previously stated that while drop rates are occasionally changed they are rarely decreased. It's a matter of luck. Sometimes you'll hit a bad streak of luck (this even hits TL) employees.
