How to buy more wallpaper for achieving the goal

however I have bought this wallpaper and because the wall can't be sold, so I don't have enough capacity to buy the same wallpaper to achieve the goal , how can I do?

Can the system know that I have bought or not, or let me sell the wall to buy the new one. ><
