View Full Version : St. Patricks edition startup crash

Hi,

I can't open the St. Patrick's Day edition of Bakery Story at all. After I
tap the icon to open it, it stays on the loading screen for around 4
seconds, and then closes with the popup: "Unfortunately, Bakery Story has
stopped. [Report] [OK]". I can still use the Valentine's Day edition
without problems.

I have tried:
- restarting
- uninstalling and reinstalling the St. P edition
- uninstalling all TeamLava games, then reinstalling St. P only
- uninstalling all TeamLava games, restarting, then reinstalling St. P only
- uninstalling, restarting, and reinstalling St. P
- (cannot try moving to SD card or internal storage, as the tablet does not have those)

Always get the same error.

I am using:
Device: Asus Nexus 7 tablet
OS: Android 4.2.2
ID: rialikestigers

It just bums me out since there are edition-exclusive items and food...

Hi,
I can now open the edition... but it's not my account!! And it looks like the regular Bakery Story game, not an edition.
My Bakery Story is now the "fgyy" bakery, level 20, and Restaurant Story is "frankhouse", level 11... they should both be "nomnoms" and way above those levels!! Please fix?

to clarify, my Bakery & Restaurant games have somehow switched to storm8 ID "franknote2", and I can't access my own games under "rialikestigers".

Sorry for the delay! After investigating your issue, we found the problem and were able to resolve it. Please try accessing your St. Patrick's Day version now to double check that it is fixed. Thanks again for reporting this!

Thanks! However, like I mentioned, for some reason a "franknote2" account has taken over my tablet, and I can't play my games. I submitted a help request yesterday, but if you have any push in this area, would appreciate some help. I've lost 3 days now of goal time & profits...
