Gifting?

Does anyone know why my game has been telling me for a while that I can't gift anyone? :confused:

You can only gift 3 people a day. Of those three gifts you can only send a max of 1 jewels, 2 silver ore or 2 fur. If your neighbour is maxed (or at 80 for things like earth wisps) you'll be told you can't send. If you haven't send 3 gifts just choose a different gift to send.
