Game started from level 26. whats wrong?

I downloaded Dragon story- Valentines edition few days ago. when I opened, it started from level 26. My island name and storm id were already made. I thought maybe Its because I downloaded valentines edition. But after a day or two whenever I open my game my dragon eggs were already placed in the nest or habitat, and evolution temple is empty/full. My farm is planted/harvested. One day my whole landscape was chaged. It seems as if someone else is playing my game too. my device is always locked and there is no way someone is playing it on my device because sometimes its in my hands and when I check after sometime something change in the game.
What should I do? :confused:

why is the font so big? -_-

have you tried reinstalling the game?

Sorry about the fonts I was typing from my tab so I changed the fonts didn't realize it will b very large. :-$
No, I havn't tried reinstalling.

Let them know the game, your storm ID and the device you play on.
If a tablet, let them know which tablet it is.
