maaterials requests

I know you can ask your neighbors only once per day for materials, but is there a limit to the amount of materials received? I make request to players for whom i have just answered their request and then no answer. i have already received other materials earlier from different neighbors. so anyway is there a limit or are my neighbors ignoring me????:confused:

btw im on pretty much constantly so Im pretty quick at answering new requests not much delay time
