I crafted a Serenade tower but I can't use it

I crafted a Serenate tower, but when I went to collect it, I received a message that tells to level up to can built other of these structures and it doesn't allow to me to place it and not even to store it.
What I need to do? To sell it?
It would have more logic if I would have been forbidden to craft it.

Try selling a normal wall to see if it fixes the issue.

Now all the buildings are blocked to be crafted, so this seems more correct.
