After you unlock the goal I think you get one for free, after that it's 100,000 coins.

There is a gold mine... But they could do a downgraded version that cost less gold. :p

After unlocking it, how much does it cost? I've seen islands with so many of them, I thought you only receive one. Does it cost gold or coins for more?

That's because it's one of the rare new decorations that cost coins instead of gold. I was so happy that I bought a bunch too lol
