What are the St Patty goals? I've only got the Jazz ones too.

I haven't seen St. Patrick's Day Goal. I believe there are just items for that. The Jazz goals are what you want to concentrate on. You can ask for records by clicking ASK and then selecting neighbors. They will get a request from you and can accept it just like when you request parts.

The problem with that is because of the crack on my tablet I cannot get into the clip board in the top left corner so I cannot ask friends for help. And my games don't rotate which I don't understand why so I cannot ask for anything so I guess I will not be getting the ovens or anything new because now everything is locked under goals might not be worth playing anymore.
