Why complete Animal Luxuries goal?

So, upgrading is expensive and I'm not in need of more eggs, milk, etc. Is there a good reason to complete this goal? Does it trigger something else? Thanks

You get gold and exp. You can collect more often. Beside that nothing else. Doesn't trigger any quest on completion.

One day, you will need egg, roast chicken and milk like crazy.
That's when you finish this quest.
