Truffles and Royal Points Questions

I finished the truffle quest recently. I thought it would be an on-going thing, like he would ask for more again, but apparently that's not the case. Will I ever have a use for truffles again? Because it seems like I'm getting tons right now and it would be a shame if they're just going to go to waste.

Also while I'm here I have a question about Royal Points. I'm trying to expand to the tablet thing but I'm having problems getting enough royal points to qualify. Any advice on that front?

After the truffle quests, the baron will ask you to fix him a meal. This requires 10 truffles and is permanently an option in the kitchen after it appears. Once it is done, he rewards you with a random item. I fix it occasionally when I don't have other things to make in my kitchen.

Ah okay. I haven't gotten that goal but maybe I need to finish the prime cuts goal first.

I'm glad there will still be a use for all these truffles!

10 prime cuts, 10 truffles, 20 bacons.
And Baron will give you random item.
Maybe a lantern, maybe water,
No one has got gem reward so far
