Help all my gift food and cooked food is vanishing even though my door is closed

I think your restaurant sells food even when customers aren't coming in (or the game sells however many dishes you would've sold during "closed hours" as soon as you unblock the door). Either way, the Happiness rating of your customers won't go down when you're not playing the game (e.g., when you close it out).

Please note that blocking your door is not an intended game mechanic. We do not recommend using this tactic, as it can result in unfavorable consequences. During this time, items are still being sold even though you do not see any customers. When you finally do unblock your door, your game will sync with our servers and the items which were previously sold will appear to vanish.
