Does Norman actually do anything here, apart from writte platitudes? No one over in California seems to be aware of or doing anything about the disappearing farm problems on Farm Story, it's a one way thing with Team Lava, awful support and grabbing cash for useless gems..............

To be honest and fair, I think Norman, or whoever plays Norman, is low man on totem pole. A go between with probably not a lot of decision making powers. Sort of like a receptionist. Takes the most abuse for the least amount of pay. I feel sorry for him.

I don't know why you feel sorry for Norman. All he does is quote the same script over and over. Besides, he is not forced to do this job. I'm sure he can give it up any time. He does this after his regular work. That is his choice. If he didn't want to do it, I'm sure he wouldn't.
