6 gems for treasure story?

I got a notice saying try treasure story to get 6 gems in restaurant story. I downloaded treasure story and have actually been playing it a bit, but I didn't get 6 gems in restaurant story? Why not?

Email support@teamlava.com about your missing gems. I had downloaded and played "Empire Story" in order to get six gems in "Restaurant Story." They still hadn't appeared after a few days so I emailed TL; they were able to help me out.
