Hi, I'm sure many people already noticed this bug, but since it's been there for quite some time, I thought nobody reported it yet.
So, my Storm ID is Reygok, I'm on iOS 6.1.2 with my iPhone 4S, but this does not matter because I can see the same problem on every single other Dragon Island, be it my neighbours or other people in the community, even those as high as Level 90.
The problem is, there is ONE Expansion which cannot be made, even if all others directly connecting to it are already gone.
I added a screenshot where you see the extension that cannot be selected.
As I said, I saw this one on every other Island I visited, so the problem has nothing to do with my game, but with the game in General.
