Thurston's Fort?

I'm trying to start my goal on Thurston's Bling Bling. I read a lot of of posts that only collecting from Thurston's Fort will unlock this goal. Pardon me, is the fort just to the right of the magic garden? I'm running out of time for Valentine goals! Hope TL can extend the deadline beyond 13 March.:(
