Stuck in Skullbubble Lair

I have gotten 13 out of 18 stars completed level 96, but I can't go any further. When I first beat it the new island opened and I could go there. But as soon as I clicked on 97 the game would freeze and tell me it was shutting down. Now even the image is gone. What do I need to do? This is on the Kindle Fire. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried restarting your Kindle?

If still issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

If I restart will I lose all my gems?

No, your games and progress are saved on team lavas server. You can uninstall and reinstall from the Amazon market and your games and items will still be there.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Nothing happened. I still did not go onto the other island. Is there anything else to try?
