Shop Goal disappeared before time ran out

I think I was on the last step for unlocking the Violin Dane. I needed 15 mixtapes with 4 hours left. Now the goal is gone before the times up.
Any advise or help please.

the timer is always 4 hours off. this bug is there for a very long time..
