the game is rolled backed right after I achieved rewards

Every time I complete a goal or earn money the games is rolled back taking the money away it's not nice

Sounds like you game is not saving on the servers.
Make sure you restart your device every night so you come into the games fresh each day.
If your game is open and you leave the game, when you come back, go visit a neighbor come back and let all pop ups load . Exit out of those.

I keep having the same problem too. It's done it 3 or 4 times to me just today.
