How can i find a neighbor's stormID

If you're looking for a certain persons stormID I'm not sure. Though if you look at peoples walls you can see if someone listed their storm ID. It would say some thing like "please add rainedrop101". Or just simply ask them on their wall. "Hey want to be neighbors? What's your id?"

You can find neighbors for the games by posting on a bakery adme thread. (http://forums.teamlava.com/forumdisplay.php?42-Bakery-Story-Add-Me)
There is no way to "look" up someones Storm ID but you can do as rainedrop suggested and post on the players walls that you visit from the community tab in the game.
