Since I'm unable to ask nbr's in game, Can some1 pls tell me how to get the Nether Portal?

i think it was part of a quest a long time ago? after that you could buy as many as you want from the market. it's just a decor item though, doesn't do anything.

And if you are iOS you get one as an album goal, don't remember how many dragons you should have though.

I did the album goals, didn't get it, it's still locked.
