No Pink Fur!

I have only gotten ONE pink pelt since this new update came out. I've gotten plenty of those blue little buggers, but just the one pink. I need 29 more for Pink Pelts quest, and 10 more than that to update my Love Spire to level 3 to finish This Old Spire.

Any ideas on how I can get some more to come attack me?

Collecting from the love spires and valentine plants will trigger them.
