Gems Sales

Hi everybody and Hi to Teamlava member whom is maybe reading,
I knew by some friends and neiborghs that there is during these days a Gems Sales.
I was wondering about spend a little of money to buy some gems, but on my game version (Valentine's Day upgrade) doesn't appear any sale.
Is there someone who can help me to figure out what is the problem I have?!?

Some get it, some else don't.

Well, I didn't know it. I was thinking that every player has in terms of Gems Sales the same offer at the same time.
As the Sales on shops!

I have been getting sales lately! I caved in and bought some gems, they were 30% off. I wish I could send my gem sale to you!
