View Full Version : Unable to get account trasnferred to new device

I emailed TL on February 20th to switch my account to a new device. I got the canned response about what to send them (which I had already included in the first support request) but have not heard back anything since.

I've switched devices before and usually it take hours, not days. So whom on this forum can I contact to get this rectified?

It can take 3-5 business days for a support agent to answer your email.
Did you respond to their request for information ?
Even if you already provided all the information in your first email, if support asks you to provide again, you will need to reply back. If you do not reply back to their request, they will assume you no longer need assistance.

I've replied back three times. Once with information requested and twice to request status. It's now 6 days.
