I'm trying to find out also. So far I get nothing. But that's my last collection I need and I would really like to complete it. Surely there is a way to get an answer

Same with me. If we can't get some guidance in how to obtain the pets that collection needs to come off. Although I really want that pets

They are no longer available as they were released for Halloween and removed when they did content removal. Going through the market to where the goal animals are, the reward for this one isn't there. I do not know why TL didn't remove the collection when they removed the animals.
