Tree Sap!

I have cut down 6 trees and still need tree sap! It's crazy that you need it for beams and glue. So one building is going to need 20 plus trees. Am I just sap unlucky? Also do building require the same material regardless of level? Or does this change? I never built a library. So if I build it now is it going to need royal blocks and beams or just the normal or fancy ones.

Build two sawmills first.

If you focus on maxing out resource buildings it's easier but not as pretty :)
