Castle story valentine ed glitches

Hey anyone else suffering glitches? Yesterday I lost about 8 hrs work on my kingdom! The game kept timing out and resetting to an earlier version. Also gems I've spent have remained spent but I don't have anything to show for it. Today I skipped on a resource upgrade, gems were taken and there was no upgrade! Please tell me I'm not alone and can I get a refund or something? Thanks.

Probably a synch issue...whenever I open the CS app I try to spend a minute or two visiting neighbors and such so any connectivity issues will be resolved first.

You should also visit neighbours or post and delete messages on your wall before exiting the game to make sure it's synced.

Also make sure you're on a stable Internet connection.
