I'm having a hard time collecting coins and I have no Gems and Money. So I decided to reset the Game. I don't know how. So can anyone tell me how?

There is no option to reset the game.
You do get daily coins so make sure you open the game everyday.
Make sure you go visit neighbors and community players. Post on their wall that you have liked the store, so hopefully they will return the favor.
