Android Update ETA?

Hi guys,

Am interested in trying the spell and craft shops but am on a Galaxy tablet. When can I expect to see an update for my device that will allow me to try some of the crafting?

Also, what is the % chance of creating a diamond dragon and how many tries on average does it take to acquire one. So far I have had about 60 tries and they read:
