Best food gift?

I'm new to RS but level 94 on BS.

When gifting on RS, which is the best food to give? Cappuccino is best in BS as its 10 coins per serving.

Most people prefer stew. 150 plates x 5 coins.

Some like roast chicken. 50 plates x 8 coins.

beats chicken which is $8 but only 50 plates = 400.

One day I gift stew and next day I'll give Chicken. The stew icon should be redesigned to look prettier. I know, I know why make stew pretty? Presentation is everything and right now it looks like a bowl of ....somethingIDontwanaeat. The roast chicken however looks YUMMY! lol
