It is a SOS SOS SOS message.
I just accidentally pressed on the dragon itself instead of info button,and voila I've purchased it. The thing is, it was a pricey 500 gold dragon, and I was keeping gold for a different thing, plus I have a dragon like this already and don't need another one.
Please, someone help me canceling and get that hold back :( it is really unfair that the program isn't asking you if you're sure you want to buy a dragon?!
