My ID is not working

some of player tells me that my ID Vanilla_vodka
doesn't work

when they tried to add me, they did not find anyone...


how to solve this ?
any idea ?

Make sure that they use vanilla_vodka not Vanilla_vodka as the user ID is case sensitive (has to match exactly including upper and lower case)
