I might need to be away from my phone/ ipad for awhile. how long will the rose cookies last without being spoiled?

Things usually last for the amount of time it took to cook them I think. So if you don't get them 3 hours after they finish they will rot.

I tried cooking the 4 hour dish over night and it worked but the rose cookies spoiled

Yeah, from starting to cook rose cookies to the point of when they rot you have 6 hours TOTAL. A four hour dish will be 8 hours starting time to rot.
