Why am i always off energy?

i just start to plat the game.so there is some problems i didn't know. After i playing for a little while. it will mention that "you don't have the energy to do that ." where can i get the energy except to buy the gems ? thanks guys !

You can get it with new level, from adventures and Sir Pig.
But trust me - it won't help you. Buying with gems won't help you either.
