Home Design Story locked items still available?

I've been playing Home Design Story Christmas for a while now, and even though I am not getting very many new goals there are still items that show up as locked by goal (like the lit tree and the present pile). Will these goals come up eventually, or are they not working anymore? Right now I finished several goals and am not getting any new ones.

I was wondering if those were part of past goals that I didn't finish.

These were goal prizes for the past Christmas/winter goals, that have now expired and no longer offered in the game.

If I'm never going to be able to get the swing, then I'd like it removed from my list
