If you have food in your storage, just tap them and they will be automaticly placed in one of your counters. Hope that helps... v(^o^)v

Oh sorry. I thought you were asking gifts in storage for Bakery Story. In Pet Shop Story, you can only use your items in storage by buying the pets that require specific items to build their habitat. You can't use them directly.

When you build what you were collecting for they, gifts, automatically turn of 'use gift' button in the news feed. Only 'gift back' remains active. It's all automated.

To access your storage hit Menu, then storage.

When you receive constructible parts, you can place them from storage. You will need buy and place an item to construct. Click on that item and you will get a screen of how many parts you have and how many parts you need to build this item.
