Disappearing stuff

I just downloaded this game today and have had nothing but problems! My tables are disappearing and they were not cheap!!! And my gems disappeared! Then I completed a goal and got 5000 coins which also disappeared!!! Not happy and would love to have my stuff back! Please someone anyone!
