Problem with my restaurant Story game

I enter the game and nothing happen! i have 14 counter full of food and there are any person! any customer, any waitress! the game is like frizzed! the only thing that i can do is make dishes and buy things but, because of the counters that are full the food become garbage!!! I have uninstalled the game and installed again and keep with the same thing! help please, what i can do?

Sweetie your door must be blocked move things around by the door and make sure you don't have the mat in front of the door that has been a problem the mat does block the door. Hope this helps if not add me and visit so I could visit you and take a look:-)

It's also possible that your customers can't reach any chair facing a table.

Thanks! my girl modify mi restaurant and put a mat in front of the door! I dont know that a mat can block a door!!! wow! Thaks a lot both of you!
